Chamomile Oil!

Hey friends! So today is the eight segment of my essential oil posts. Today we are going to focus on Chamomile Oil and the benefits. Let’s jump in!

Chamomile oil comes from the skin and is known for it’s calming properties.

Here is what it does…

-fights depression and anxiety

-relieves allergies

-alleviates PMS symptoms

-promotes sleep

Here’s how to use it…

-inhale oil from the bottle

-put a drop on your temples to help with sleep

-drink a chamomile tea to calm and help promote healthy sleep

-put a few drops in your diffuser to combat depression
