Chamomile oil comes from the skin and is known for it’s calming properties.

Here’s how to use it…
-inhale oil from the bottle
-put a drop on your temples to help with sleep
-drink a chamomile tea to calm and help promote healthy sleep
-put a few drops in your diffuser to combat depression
