Peppermint Oil!

Hey friends! So today is the third segment of my essential oil posts. Today we are going to focus on Peppermint Oil and the benefits. Let’s jump in!


Peppermint oil comes from the peppermint leaf and is known for it’s cooling and calming properties.

Here is what it does…

-eases stomach aches

-freshens breath

-improves focus

-relaxes muscles

Here’s how to use it…

-Mix with oil or unscented lotion and rub on sore muscles

-put a small amount on temples to rid a headache

-add to a diffuser to ease sinus issues

-inhale the peppermint oil for a quick energy boost

Next time we will be talking about eucalyptus oil!
