Welcome back friends! I just wanted to take a hot second to tell y’all about a new nail color I found! I can’t believe I haven’t come across it before. OPI- Flamenco Pink!

Just in time for summer! It’s girly, and bright and fun! It’s an adorable pink that you won’t get sick of. I found it at my local nail salon but you also find it at Ulta for about $8.

ashley beth’s Chicken Salad

Hi friends! So I thought I’d change it up today by blogging about something different. Food! I am a huge foodie and I LOVE to cook! One of my favorite recipes I use year round is my chicken salad! You guys this recipe is so easy! You don’t even have to turn on your oven! So all my anti-cooking friends this one is for you! Check out the recipe below…

1 Cooked Rotisserie Chicken
1 Large Honey Crisp Apple (chopped in small pieces)
Butter Lettuce
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Honey
1/4 cup Mayo
Salt & Pepper
1/3 cup Candied Walnuts
Toasted Brioche Bread

Step One: Using your fingers, forks, knives, whatever gets the job done take all the chicken meat off the carcass and shred the meat. Cool in the fridge in a large bowl.

Step Two: Add the apple, mustard, honey, mayo, salt, pepper and walnuts to the bowl. Mix and toss!

Step Three: Toast the bread, add a leaf of lettuce and spoon the chicken salon onto the sandwich. Viola!

That’s it you guys!! So delicious so easy! Tell me what you think!

Wet n Wild MegaGlo Highlighting Powder

Hi friends! Today I am so excited to talk about another amazing drugstore product! The Wet n Wild MegaGlow Highlighting Powder.
This highlighter is becoming one of my favorite highlighters in my entire makeup collection! For such a budget friendly product it really packs a punch. it comes in 7 different shades that range from a silver highlight to a bronze to a purple shade. Such fun colors!
The highlight goes on so smooth and has a very satin-pearl finish. I apply it to the tip of my nose and my cupid bow with my fingers. I also apply it as a cheek highlight with a fan or highlight brush. I usually use the lighter shades like Blossom Glow or Precious Petals on my face.
My other favorite way to apply this highlight is by applying it to my body to give my spray tan a nice sunkissed glow. I get a spray tan about every two weeks and if I’m going out or going to the beach I take the highlight on a fan brush and brush it on the places where the sun hits. Like my collar bone, the tops of my shoulders. For extra smooth shiny legs I apply a body oil then I apply it to my shins.
You can find this at Target, CVS or Ulta for about $4.99
